Wellness Instructor

About the role

The Wellness Instructor designs and delivers holistic wellness programs for guests at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. You will combine expertise in fitness, yoga, meditation and lifestyle practices to create memorable, balanced experiences that align with the resort’s all‑inclusive concept.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group and individual sessions such as yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork and stretching.
• Provide personalized wellness guidance to help guests achieve relaxation, vitality and balance.
• Develop a diverse calendar of wellness activities that reflect guest profiles, brand positioning and seasonal events.
• Collaborate with Spa, Fitness and Entertainment teams to integrate wellness offerings.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑equipped wellness spaces and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building personal connections with guests and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Passionate about holistic well‑being and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to adapt programs to varying fitness and experience levels.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Yoga instruction (certified, e.g., Yoga Alliance).
• Pilates instruction.
• Meditation and breathwork facilitation.
