Wet Utilities Inspector – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Wet Utilities Inspector to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all wet utility construction activities comply with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that construction works are performed strictly according to plans and specifications.
• Report any non‑conformance or poor workmanship to the Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) or Resident Engineer (RE).
• Maintain a detailed daily diary of activities, issues, approvals, labor, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate daily with contractor site engineers to advise on proper execution.
• Interface with the public and stakeholders to mitigate construction impacts.
• Arrange sampling, testing, and quality‑assurance checks for completed work.
• Work with surveyors to confirm line and grade conformity.
• Process inspection requests, keep status records, and document day‑work activities.
• Participate actively in site health and safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
