Workshop Coordinator – Fleet Maintenance

About the role

The Workshop Coordinator will oversee all workshop activities related to the maintenance and repair of LanceSoft Middle East’s fleet, including heavy‑duty trucks, trailers, vans and material handling equipment. The role ensures minimal downtime, compliance with UAE traffic and RTA regulations, and smooth communication between mechanics, drivers and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, manage job cards and prioritize repairs.
• Coordinate breakdown recovery and monitor fleet/MHE performance.
• Source spare parts, manage vendor relationships, maintain inventory and process purchase requisitions.
• Maintain compliance documentation such as RTA registrations, insurance, permits and handle traffic fines.
• Process invoices, monthly accruals and petty‑cash transactions.
• Act as liaison between drivers, mechanics and the logistics team to ensure efficient operations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in workshop coordination, fleet or transport operations, preferably in FMCG or logistics.
• Hands‑on experience with workshop documentation and fleet management systems (ERP/FMS).
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic and RTA regulations.
