Workshop Supervisor – Automotive Service

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our automotive workshop dedicated to Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures efficient repairs, high service quality and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the entire workshop workflow from vehicle reception to final delivery, allocating jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
• Monitor job progress, ensure timely completion, and coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts and Warranty departments.
• Maintain workshop bays, tools and equipment, and enforce health‑and‑safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Provide technical guidance, review complex repairs and ensure adherence to manufacturer repair procedures.
• Track workshop KPIs, control rework and warranty errors, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5‑8 years of automotive workshop experience, preferably in a dealership or authorized service centre.
• Manufacturer training or certification on Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge (Stellantis) vehicles is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with modern vehicle diagnostics and interpretation of technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to follow manufacturer repair procedures and technical specifications.
