Workshop Supervisor – Lexus (Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

Al‑Futtaim Motors is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for its Lexus service centre in Ras Al Khaimah. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high‑quality repairs, on‑time service and a strong customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day workshop operations to achieve productivity, efficiency and revenue targets.
• Promote a “Fix It Right” culture and ensure compliance with manufacturer and distributor technical standards.
• Monitor KPIs such as sold hours, utilisation, productivity and on‑time delivery.
• Plan and allocate workloads to maximise technician efficiency and workshop capacity.
• Maintain quality control standards and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Coach, mentor and train technicians, managing performance and development.
• Oversee warranty repair processes and ensure compliance with principal requirements.
• Manage tools, equipment, consumables and inventory.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects and ensure HSSE compliance.
