Technical Assistant Robotics

About the role

The Technical Assistant Robotics will ensure that showroom robots are always ready for demonstrations, rentals and sales projects. This role combines hands‑on hardware handling with basic software configuration and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine testing, charging, software checks, cleaning and basic troubleshooting of showroom robots.
• Prepare robots for rental and sales projects, including configuration, branding, mapping, testing, packing, loading, delivery and installation.
• Provide technical support for sold and rental robots via remote troubleshooting and on‑site visits, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Conduct showroom demonstrations, explain robot features and answer technical questions.
• Safely lift, move, load, unload and position robots and equipment for exhibitions and installations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of robotics, software configuration, electronics and troubleshooting.
• Physically able to lift and move robots and technical equipment.
• Good communication, problem‑solving and data‑entry skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours.
