Wynn Rewards Representative

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE slated to open in 2027, is seeking a Representative for its Wynn Rewards team. The role involves greeting and assisting guests at the rewards desk, enrolling new members, and promoting exclusive offers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Wynn Rewards desk and gaming registration areas with professionalism and courtesy.
• Enroll new members into the Wynn Rewards program, explain benefits, and process transactions, redemptions, and account updates accurately.
• Promote current offers, events, and exclusive member experiences while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of program policies.
• Resolve guest inquiries, collaborate with other departments to enhance member satisfaction, and uphold Wynn brand standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or marketing diploma/degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years of guest‑service experience, ideally in luxury hospitality or gaming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required, Arabic a plus.
• Pass a gaming licensing background check.
