Zone Manager – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Zone Manager to lead large‑scale site operations in Ruwais, UAE. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while meeting client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project site operations in Ruwais.
• Deliver projects safely, within budget, on schedule, and according to client specifications.
• Oversee planning, mobilization, execution, and close‑out activities.
• Manage project risks, variations, and client communications.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor project financial performance and implement cost‑control measures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong experience in shutdowns/turnarounds and leadership positions.
• Proven ability to handle large‑scale site operations and project execution.
• Commercial and financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and profitability management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of HSE, quality, and contractual compliance.
