3D Product & Packaging Designer – Visualization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative 3D Product Designer who can turn concepts into premium gifting products, packaging, and culturally inspired objects. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop ideas from sketch to photorealistic visualisation, using modern digital tools and AI where appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original product concepts for premium corporate gifts, packaging, and collectible items.
• Translate sketches, mood boards, and creative briefs into detailed 3D models.
• Design products with consideration for materials, manufacturing methods, and functionality.
• Create realistic 3D models of products, boxes, packaging, decorative objects, and custom pieces.
• Produce photorealistic visualisations for client presentations and marketing.
• Collaborate with artists, artisans, and the internal team to ensure cultural relevance and sustainability.
• Explore and integrate AI‑driven and other modern digital tools into the design workflow.

Required profile

• Professional experience in product design and packaging.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant product and packaging work.
• Excellent English communication and confidence presenting concepts via video calls.
• Curiosity about new technologies and willingness to experiment with AI tools.
• Commitment to collaborative, sustainable design practices.
