A320 Captain – Fly for Etihad in Abu Dhabi

About the role

Etihad is seeking an experienced A320 Captain to join its fleet in Abu Dhabi. You will command the aircraft, lead the crew, and ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction on every flight.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ultimate authority for safe, secure, and efficient operation of each flight.
• Execute full command from taxi‑out to engine shutdown, adhering to fuel‑efficiency and sustainability policies.
• Lead flight and cabin crew, applying strong decision‑making and crew‑resource management.
• Deliver consistent on‑time performance in line with Etihad’s reliability commitments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5,500 total flight hours.
• At least 2,500 PIC hours on multi‑crew, glass‑cockpit aircraft.
• Minimum 1,500 PIC hours on an A320 family type rating.
• Recent A320 family flight experience (within the last 12 months).

Required skills

• A320 type rating.
• Multi‑crew glass‑cockpit operation.
• Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) experience.
• Flight management system operation.
