AC Technician – Facility Maintenance

About the role

Accor is looking for a skilled AC Technician to join the maintenance team at Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha. You will ensure that all building systems operate safely and efficiently, providing a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine checks and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and kitchen equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults promptly to minimise downtime.
• Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests under pressure.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and basic training to staff.
• Interact professionally with guests when addressing maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems in commercial facilities.
• Proven experience performing routine maintenance and inspections.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance procedures.
• Ability to install, configure, and calibrate equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
