About the role

The AC Technician will provide timely maintenance and cooling services to ensure optimal operation, minimise downtime and extend asset life within a large manufacturing environment in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

Troubleshoot, service, repair and test chillers, closed‑water loop systems, ventilation and HVAC units.
Execute preventive maintenance plans and breakdown repairs, including overhauling compressors and replacing defective parts.
Complete ERP maintenance activity sheets, input data into the Asset Management system and follow 5S and HSE policies.

Required profile

Secondary School Certificate with a vocational certificate in Refrigeration and Air‑Conditioning.
3 to 5 years of AC engineering or electrical maintenance experience with chillers and cooling systems in a large manufacturing plant.
Hands‑on experience with microprocessor‑controlled chillers, SCR compressors and air handling units.

Required skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities for HVAC and chiller systems.
Proficiency with SAP maintenance software.
Knowledge of AC units up to 150 kW.
