About the role
We are seeking an Account Director with a strong social media strategist mindset to lead strategy, manage teams and deliver impactful digital campaigns for major UAE government and semi‑government clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies and campaign concepts across social platforms.
- Oversee end‑to‑end execution of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Manage and grow relationships with UAE government and semi‑government accounts.
- Lead and mentor internal teams, challenging thinking and driving innovative digital communications.
Required profile
- Hands‑on social media strategy experience, from concept to execution.
- Proven track record managing UAE government and semi‑government accounts.
- Deep understanding of the UAE market, audience behaviour and cultural landscape.
- Strong client servicing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication abilities.
- Agency experience is mandatory and the candidate must be based in the UAE.
