About the role

Join BytePlus, the innovative technology arm of ByteDance, as an Account Executive focused on technical sales across the MEA region. You will drive adoption of BytePlus solutions, build a sustainable pipeline, and expand the business in emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

Establish and maintain a sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology suite across the MEA region.
Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, driving new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
Lead end‑to‑end sales processes, from demand generation to closing, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
Onboard customers smoothly, driving full adoption, satisfaction, and referrals.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
Proven ability to enter and develop early markets, with strong client relationship management.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder influencing skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, results‑oriented, and fluent in English.
