Account Executive – Process Intelligence Solutions

About the role

ARIS is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth for its Process Intelligence platform in the United Arab Emirates. You will act as a strategic advisor to prospects and existing customers, using consultative, value‑based, and outcome‑focused selling techniques while engaging C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients across the UAE, presenting ARIS’s Business Process Automation, Process Mining, and GRC solutions.
• Leverage deep knowledge of process‑related methodologies to tailor proposals that address specific business challenges.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities and close new business.
• Expand the footprint within existing accounts by building long‑term partnerships.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to business process analysis.

Required profile

• Proven sales expertise in enterprise software or process‑consulting environments.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior decision‑makers.
• Experience working with frameworks such as PDCA, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ERM/COSO, Porter’s Value Chain, or Business Model Canvas.
• Authorization to work in the UAE without sponsorship.
