Account Manager – AI Security Solutions

About the role

TrendAI™ is the AI security arm of Trend Micro, helping organisations gain full visibility and protection across AI‑driven environments. As an Account Manager based in Dubai, you will drive new business and expand existing relationships, acting as the trusted advisor for senior IT and security leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to increase adoption of Trend Micro technologies and services.
• Develop territory‑specific market strategies for each product and service offering.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing, and channel partners to deliver tailored value propositions.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets and contribute to overall regional sales performance.
• Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce for forecasting and planning.
• Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem partners such as AWS, Microsoft, VMware and Google.
• Lead client meetings, demos, and post‑implementation support to ensure successful deployments.

Required profile

• Proven account management experience in the commercial sector, preferably within cybersecurity or technology sales.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR) and platforms (SIEM, SOAR).
• Ability to engage C‑level executives (CIO, CISO) and influence buying decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
