Account Manager - CEX

About the role

The Account Manager – CEX will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing client accounts, driving business development initiatives and ensuring successful delivery of research projects. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, promoting Ipsos marketing materials and supporting cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with current accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Lead the proposal and pitching process, including design, pricing and solution development for new and existing clients.
• Coordinate cross‑selling activities across departments and transform them into successful projects.
• Promote Ipsos marketing credentials and materials to clients.
• Oversee research project delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution and adherence to quality standards.
• Set up efficient, customized processes for large‑scale projects, including report automation.
• Manage project teams, financials, suppliers and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Support senior management (N+1) in company‑wide initiatives, delegation, training and process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, business development or client relationship roles.
• Strong project management capabilities with a focus on delivery quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Knowledge of marketing materials and ability to promote them to clients.
