Account Manager - Enterprise

About the role

ZainTECH is looking for an Account Manager - Enterprise to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients by delivering its ICT and digital solutions portfolio. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue through consultative selling across cloud, cybersecurity, data and digital solutions, working closely with internal sales, technical and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact, build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular account reviews
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery, manage contract renewals and support account growth through upselling, cross-selling and new business
• Understand ZainTECH's portfolio across cloud, cybersecurity, data and digital solutions and align them with client business objectives
• Collaborate with technical and presales teams to position integrated solutions, prepare proposals and present at client meetings and events
• Resolve customer issues with internal teams and keep accurate account records in CRM systems

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales or business development in ICT or technology sectors
• Experience managing enterprise customer accounts and driving growth through upselling and cross-selling
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field

Required skills

• Good understanding of ICT solutions: cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), cybersecurity, data and analytics, and digital transformation
• Experience with major ICT and cloud platforms such as Oracle, AWS, Microsoft Azure or similar
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
