Account Manager – Food Partner Success

About the role

Careem is looking for an Account Manager to join its Food team in the UAE. You will own and nurture relationships with restaurant partners, helping them grow on the Careem platform while driving performance and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Drive partner performance through business reviews, data insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to maintain a high‑quality experience.
• Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, spotting improvement opportunities.
• Support onboarding and training of new partners.
• Advocate internally for partner needs and help improve the platform.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development or similar roles, preferably in tech, e‑commerce or F&B.
• Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
