Account Manager - Fraud, Payments & Compliance

About the role

Sardine is a risk platform for fighting financial crime, and it is growing its customer base and building a customer success team. As an Account Manager you will manage a small group of customers and act as their stakeholder, helping them get the most value from Sardine's fraud, payments and compliance products. You will work remotely from Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers, handling day-to-day issues and big-picture opportunities to maximise their ROI
• Build a clear understanding of the product, technology and strategy and explain it simply to customers
• Turn complex product and technology problems into simple, actionable solutions, managing them internally and externally
• Advise on best practices for fraud and compliance
• Build, monitor and share KPIs with clients
• Support long-term expansion planning with strategic analysis
• Work with risk analytics teams to solve new fraud typologies and share findings with customers

Required profile

• 7+ years in account management, customer success, risk management or solutions architecture within B2B SaaS, with an understanding of how customers integrate APIs
• Domain experience in fraud, payments, compliance, fintech or AML/KYC; banking experience highly preferred
• Previous customer-facing experience, preferably with a technical product
• Strong presentation skills and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders
