Account Manager – German Speaking

About the role

We are an engineering plastics manufacturer based in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, seeking a proactive German‑speaking Account Manager. The role focuses on daily customer communication, quotation follow‑up and development of existing accounts, with interactions mainly in German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively follow up open quotations, clarify decision status, budgets and timelines, and convert them into orders.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email and digital channels, providing fast, solution‑oriented responses.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, identify cross‑selling opportunities and pass leads to Key Account Managers.
• Research and qualify new prospects, initiate contact and hand over qualified leads to the Key Account team.
• Keep all customer, contact, quotation and opportunity data up‑to‑date in Odoo CRM, ensuring it remains the single source of truth.

Required profile

• Fluent German (spoken and written) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in inside sales, account management or sales support within a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and disciplined data maintenance.
• Highly structured, proactive and consistent in follow‑up activities.
