Account Manager – Healthcare & Aesthetics

About the role

Hyphen, a neuromarketing and research‑led strategy agency, is looking for an Account Manager to own its healthcare and aesthetics portfolio – one clinic brand and three doctor personal brands – from strategy through shoot day to ad results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Experts Hub Clinic and three doctors, running weekly check‑ins, monthly performance reviews and quarterly planning sessions.
• Own monthly content and campaign plans, ensuring distinct voices for the clinic and each personal brand while aligning with business goals.
• Write creative briefs, shape concepts with the Creative Director, and review all content for brand fit, accuracy and healthcare advertising compliance.
• Oversee Meta (and TikTok/Snapchat where relevant) ad performance, diagnose under‑performing assets and adjust campaigns within budget.
• Plan and execute photo/video shoots end‑to‑end, coordinating locations, talent, consent forms and delivering a full content bank.
• Deliver clear monthly reports linking ad metrics to real outcomes (leads → consultations → bookings) and identify upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years as an agency account manager handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Direct experience with healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or wellness clients, preferably doctors or clinics.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic preferred for client‑facing work.
• UAE‑based and able to start within 30 days.

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager – reading results, diagnosing issues and building basic campaigns.
• Photo/video shoot logistics – talent booking, call sheets and on‑set coordination.
• Proficiency in Notion, Canva and Claude for project management, asset creation and AI‑assisted drafting.
