About the role

The Account Manager will nurture client relationships, oversee day‑to‑day account operations and ensure successful delivery of influencer and event projects. Acting as the main liaison between clients and YKONE’s internal teams, the role requires coordinating resources to meet timelines, budgets and client objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding business goals.
  • Manage client queries, provide regular project updates and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee project execution from brief to delivery, collaborating with creative, production and strategy teams.
  • Monitor progress, anticipate risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Conceptualise, plan and execute brand events, handling venue selection, vendor coordination, talent management and on‑site logistics.
  • Integrate influencer activations and content creation into events, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging.
  • Collect post‑event data, analyse performance and prepare reports for clients.
  • Support the development of strategic account plans and assist senior partners in implementation.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in client‑facing roles within marketing, influencer management or event production.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
