About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Account Manager to join our marketing agency in Dubai. You will be the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring smooth project execution and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage day‑to‑day client communication, follow‑ups, and relationship building.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery of services.
• Prepare content strategies, reports, proposals, and status updates.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee social media marketing strategies, content production, shoots, campaign timelines, and project execution.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing agency in the UAE.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability.
