Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring services are delivered on time, to quality standards, and that client satisfaction remains high. This role bridges clients and internal delivery teams, translating client needs into actionable plans and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned clients and build strong professional relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, objectives, and service requirements.
• Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to discuss performance and emerging needs.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams to guarantee accurate, on‑time service delivery.
• Monitor service requests, projects, and recurring deliverables against service level commitments.
• Review service outputs for compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Measure client satisfaction, develop action plans to close service gaps, and support renewal discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare status reports, and flag potential retention risks.
• Act as the first point of escalation for client concerns and manage issue resolution.
