Account Manager

About the role

CollectiveSpend is looking for an Account Manager to own and expand relationships with its existing enterprise clients in the UAE and beyond. You will act as the trusted partner for each client, understand their procurement challenges, and help them unlock additional value from the METIS AI procurement platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with current clients, becoming their go‑to advisor on procurement.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within each account, including new categories, sites and regional expansions.
• Collaborate with product, operations and support teams to turn client feedback into platform improvements.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations and onboarding training for new and existing users.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to research accounts, track opportunities and personalize outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B account management or sales within enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to map organisations, build cross‑functional relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously after initial client introductions.
• Comfortable using data‑driven and AI‑enabled tools to enhance productivity.
