About the role

WAVEMEDIA is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will ensure the smooth delivery of social media and creative projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client communication and relationship building.
• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables with creative and production teams.
• Oversee content planning and execution across various social media platforms.
• Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide regular status updates and performance reports to clients.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong client communication and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
