Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison for clients, sponsors, and brand partners throughout the podcast production lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet brand guidelines and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals and ensuring podcast content aligns with expectations.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate all stages of podcast production, maintaining detailed timelines and trackers.
• Facilitate communication between clients, production, creative, and technical teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead sponsorship and partnership communications, develop proposals, and ensure deliverables such as logo placements and brand mentions are executed.
• Manage client review cycles, collect feedback, and coordinate delivery of final assets adhering to brand guidelines.
• Track and manage account budgets, billing schedules, and expenses in coordination with finance.
• Prepare weekly progress reports, monitor performance KPIs for sponsored episodes, and provide insights for optimization.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upselling of additional podcast services.
