Account Manager – Middle East

About the role

JAGGAER is seeking a proactive Account Manager to manage and grow existing enterprise customer relationships across the Middle East. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize measurable value from our Source‑to‑Pay solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in the Middle East, building and executing strategic account plans focused on retention and revenue growth.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, renewals and expansion initiatives.
• Develop relationships with senior Procurement, Finance, IT and Supply Chain stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Professional Services and Product teams to address customer challenges and support commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales or account management, preferably SaaS.
• Proven track record of growing existing accounts through upselling, cross‑selling and renewals.
• Experience managing enterprise customers and building relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Based in Dubai with willingness to travel across the Middle East.

Required skills

• Strong commercial negotiation and account planning abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
