Account Manager – Restaurant & Vendor Partnerships

About the role

As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will be the main point of contact for restaurant and vendor partners, helping them optimise their presence on the platform, grow sales and ensure high partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners, providing proactive support and service excellence.
• Analyse sales, operational and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities and share actionable recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell services, suggest cross‑promotions and optimise partner content such as menu structure and images.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Logistics and Operations teams to resolve partner issues and ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with service‑level standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales or Partner Success, preferably in food‑tech, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to Dubai and fluency in the required local language.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis.
• Experience using data dashboards to generate insights.
