Account Manager – Social Media & Communications

About the role

Four is seeking experienced Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to join its UAE offices in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The role sits at the centre of social strategy, content delivery and client leadership, working with government, health, consumer and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead social media accounts across diverse sectors.
• Own day‑to‑day client relationships as a trusted point of contact.
• Plan, develop and deliver always‑on content calendars and campaign bursts.
• Collaborate with creative, content and strategy teams to ensure social‑first thinking.
• Oversee community management, social listening and reporting.
• Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Guide and support Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.
• Ensure quality, consistency and delivery across all social outputs.

Required profile

• Solid experience in social media, digital content or communications (agency or in‑house).
• Experience managing accounts and contributing to social strategy.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple accounts.
• Confidence leading conversations with clients and internal teams.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative leadership mindset.
• Fluency in Arabic or English (both welcome).
