Account Manager – Social Media

About the role

Viola Communications is seeking an Account Manager – Social to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will ensure smooth delivery of social media campaigns, translate client needs into actionable strategies, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, providing exceptional service and clear communication.
• Support planning and execution of social media strategies across a diverse brand portfolio.
• Develop content plans, campaign timelines, and social media calendars in collaboration with clients.
• Translate client briefs into social‑first creative briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver high‑quality social content on time.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor performance, prepare insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, objectives, and quality standards.
• Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, activations, and new business pitches.
• Support budgeting, approvals, and campaign administration to stay within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, liberal arts, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of advertising experience, including at least 1 year in client servicing.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience within the UAE market.
• Multi‑sector expertise with a preference for public‑sector accounts.
• Experience in multinational or regional agency environments is highly desirable.
