Account Manager – Sports & Entertainment Marketing

About the role

This position is part of a global Brand Consulting team that serves two flagship accounts. The Account Manager will work within an international, fast‑paced environment, helping to design and execute partnership activations across sport, entertainment and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Director and Senior Account Manager in daily client account management.
• Assist in delivering and activating partnership rights, ensuring assets are fulfilled and measured.
• Contribute to campaign planning, research and idea generation.
• Identify content and digital opportunities and help develop new concepts.
• Manage account administration, including budget tracking, invoicing and client reporting.
• Coordinate with colleagues in other markets to share best practices.
• Support event management and logistics, including talent appearances, content production and VIP experiences.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and suppliers as part of the project team.

Required profile

• Experience in an agency or right‑holder environment.
• Background in sponsorship or partnership management, covering strategic decision‑making, campaign planning, communications, asset development, hospitality and event management.
• Passion for and understanding of the sports and entertainment landscape.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to best‑in‑class client service.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team player who can also work autonomously.
• Creative flair with a passion for innovative ideas.
• Confident verbal and written presentation skills.
