Events/Exhibition Coordinator (French/Arabic Speakers)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Events/Exhibition Coordinator to manage corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and international business gatherings in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3‑5 years of relevant experience and be fluent in French, with Arabic as an added advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Manage exhibition booths, branding, logistics, suppliers and on‑site setup.
• Coordinate with venues, hotels, contractors and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, transportation and schedules for guests and delegations.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, invitations and post‑event reports.
• Support on‑site operations and monitor registrations, payments, permits and deadlines.
• Collaborate with management, marketing and internal teams to align event objectives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in event coordination or exhibition management.
• Proven track record with international exhibitions and trade shows.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Previous experience in the UAE preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
