Accountant – Accounts Payable (AP)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the full Accounts Payable cycle for our finance department. The role supports our real‑estate development projects by ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and proper cost allocation.
Key responsibilities
- Process supplier, contractor and consultant invoices and prepare payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies and maintain vendor records.
- Allocate costs to appropriate projects and cost centres.
- Assist with month‑end closing, AP reporting and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE accounting standards and internal controls.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant handling full Accounts Payable.
- Previous experience in a UAE real‑estate developer is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
