Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Revenue Assurance

About the role
The Accountant will manage Accounts Receivable and Revenue Assurance functions, ensuring accurate customer account reconciliation, timely collections, and proper documentation of financial transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile customer statements of account and review AR aging.
- Follow up with customers, distributors, and the Credit Management team on collections and outstanding balances.
- Post customer receipts, process debit/credit notes, and resolve account discrepancies.
- Support customer creation, amendment activities, and coordinate invoice, POD, and statement exchanges.
- Assist with Letter of Credit, Letter of Guarantee, shipment insurance documentation, and revenue assurance tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with SAP or similar ERP.
