Revenue Accounting Specialist

About the role

The Revenue Accounting Specialist provides accounting services for a portfolio of hotels across the Middle East and Africa, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Hilton standards while supporting the UAE Finance Centre of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate all revenue postings and prepare Daily Income Audit Reports for assigned hotels.
• Approve reports within the Daily Income Audit bundle and ensure required documentation is uploaded.
• Post revenue and process reallocations based on authorized finance leads' requests.
• Reconcile revenue‑related taxes and report them for government submission.
• Perform monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations for revenue accounts.
• Reconcile daily credit‑card activity, post receipts, and resolve variances.
• Identify process‑improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support additional tasks and initiatives as required by business needs.

Required profile

• Accounting knowledge with a focus on revenue accounting principles.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as French or Arabic are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to liaise with hotel teams remotely.
• Proactive, inquisitive mindset with ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
