Accountant – Dubai (Full‑time)

About the role

Bison Rubber Co. LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and supporting compliance with UAE VAT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records, journal entries, and ledgers.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and assist with VAT return preparation.
• Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Support payroll‑related accounting activities.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Hands‑on experience with ZOHO Books.
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and basic tax compliance.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
