Accountant – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our Dubai team. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with UAE regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with auditors, tax consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and expense summaries.
• Manage bank reconciliations and monitor company transactions.
• Support VAT filing, corporate tax preparation, and other UAE compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government entities as needed.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
• Monitor company expenses and assist management with budgeting and cost control.
• Prepare salary calculations, employee‑related payments, and WPS documentation.
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with UAE regulations and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, invoicing and basic compliance procedures.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills in English; additional Russian, Arabic or Turkish is a plus.
