Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai. You will own day‑to‑day accounting operations, support financial reporting, and contribute to the overall financial health of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial goals.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Assist with audits and other financial reviews as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping and invoicing.
• Minimum of 3 years in an accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
