Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join Eaula Water’s finance team. The role focuses on managing both accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with UAE VAT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections and reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable, verify invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Reconcile AR and AP ledgers, promptly resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain aging reports and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Coordinate billing matters with internal teams, vendors and clients.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with filing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in AR/AP accounting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books or SAP.
