Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Accountant to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure the integrity and accuracy of our financial reports, support tax compliance, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage all accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts and payments.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and conduct cost analysis for budget controls.
• Reconcile discrepancies, prepare tax returns and maintain accurate tax records.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments for budget preparation and financial planning.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a joinery factory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations, GAAP and tax legislation.
• Excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and handle pressure.

• Knowledge of GAAP principles.
