Accountant

About the role

Levels AV, an audio-visual consulting, design, supply, installation and rental company based in Dubai and serving hospitality and entertainment clients across the GCC, is hiring a full-time, on-site Accountant. The Accountant manages day-to-day financial operations, working with project and operations teams and supporting external audits and tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Record transactions, maintain general ledgers and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Process accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations and track expenses
• Ensure accurate project and rental job costing, prepare invoices and monitor collections
• Support budgeting and forecasting and assist with cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, and support external audits and tax-related activities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; ACCA, CPA or CMA certification is an advantage
• Experience in project-based, rental or AV/entertainment industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with GCC market practices
• Strong organizational, time management and attention-to-detail skills for multiple projects and high-volume transactions
• Effective communication and collaboration with finance, operations and project teams

Required skills

• General ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, spreadsheet tools and data analysis for budgeting, forecasting and project costing
• Knowledge of UAE and GCC financial regulations, internal controls and compliance standards
