Accounting Manager

About the role

Triwill Group is seeking a full‑time remote Accounting Manager to lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements and to ensure robust financial operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse monthly financial statements.
• Manage journal entries and maintain the general ledger in line with accounting principles.
• Oversee fixed‑asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals and depreciation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives and streamline month‑end reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise financial workflows.
• Provide analytical insights to support strategic financial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven ability to prepare and analyse financial statements.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience handling journal entries and general‑ledger management.
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Expertise in fixed‑asset accounting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or printing industry is advantageous.
