Accounting Specialist – UAE Experience Required

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Specialist to support the accounting operations of multiple client companies in the UAE. You will work closely with the Accounting Manager, gradually taking ownership of your own client portfolio while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting for assigned client companies, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and assist with corporate tax compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and produce financial statements and management reports.
• Work daily with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks.
• Communicate directly with clients to address queries and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, with proven UAE accounting exposure.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
