Accounts & Admin Assistant (Entry Level)

About the role

Ramzin Businessmen Services LLC is hiring a Female Accounts & Admin Assistant in Dubai. The role is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience, offering the chance to apply basic accounting knowledge while supporting daily office and finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative activities.
• Organize invoices, receipts, financial records, and related documents.
• Support basic bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and financial reports.
• Handle filing, documentation, and general office administration.
• Coordinate with internal departments on routine accounting and administrative matters.
• Support daily office operations and other assigned tasks.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of relevant accounting or administrative experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
