Accounts & Digital Media Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts & Digital Media Coordinator to manage accounting records, ensure VAT compliance, and support our digital marketing initiatives. The role combines finance, office administration, and creative media tasks in our Musaffah office.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime, including stock management and payroll processing.
• Prepare and ensure compliance with UAE VAT and accounting standards.
• Handle government and legal documentation and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage office operations and administrative tasks independently.
• Design advertisements, document templates and manage social media and marketing campaigns.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation and task automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE with proficiency in Tally Prime.
• Ability to manage office administration, vendor relations and government documentation.
• Basic skills in designing ads/templates, managing social media and using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Preferred experience in the IT/ELV industry, basic AutoCAD knowledge and a valid UAE driving licence.
