About the role
Amazon is seeking a motivated UAE national to join its MEATR operations team as an ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Specialist. You will work hands‑on with delivery‑station operations, helping to define and enforce operational standards that improve the overall transportation experience for customers, shippers, and operators.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain operational standards for OTR and UTR processes.
- Identify process gaps, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive data‑based improvements.
- Own system configurations related to transportation workflows.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
- UAE national.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
