Admin Executive – Workforce & Office Administration

About the role

Luxridge Building Contracting is seeking an Admin Executive to manage workforce and office administration for its blue‑collar staff in Dubai. The role involves handling end‑to‑end employee documentation, onboarding, visa processes, and daily office coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee files and documentation for blue‑collar staff.
• Coordinate onboarding, visa applications, and related compliance tasks.
• Track attendance, update records, and ensure timely payroll inputs.
• Provide day‑to‑day office support and internal coordination across departments.
• Liaise with external agencies and internal teams to fulfill employee‑related requirements.

Required profile

• Male candidate with relevant UAE experience in a contracting company.
• Prior experience managing blue‑collar workforce administration is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple administrative tasks.
