Admin & HR Coordinator

About the role

CD+M Lighting Design Group is seeking an Admin & HR Coordinator to manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions in its Dubai office. The role requires a proactive individual who can operate independently within a fast‑paced design consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, leave, attendance, recruitment/onboarding information and HR documentation within Odoo.
• Coordinate payroll and WPS processing, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Handle UAE employment, visa and PRO processes, including travel, flight and visa arrangements.
• Oversee office and IT coordination to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR administration or office management.
• Background in architectural, engineering, interior design, lighting design or related consultancy firms.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment, visa and PRO procedures.
• Demonstrated recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding experience.

• Odoo HR/Admin experience.
